All of our experts offer complimentary no obligation consultations at the salon. Just call on 757-874-1044 to book, or book on our website.

Rescheduling:

Please contact us at 757-874-1044 at least 24 hours in advance should you need to reschedule. If you scheduled your appointment online you can manage your appointments in your profile.

Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. We understand that things come up and in such cases please contact us as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you may be requested to submit a deposit (toward the services requested) to book an appointment . Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of full pre-payment in advance for future bookings.

Running Late:

We allow a 15 minute grace period for all bookings. If you are late for your appointment, your technician will do as much of the scheduled service as they can in the time remaining but we cannot guarantee all services will be completed during that booking.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations can be made 757-874-1044 and speaking to our team or leaving a voice message if out of hours. Also you can email us at infoeclipsesalon@gmail.com

We accept all major cards, contactless/ NFC payments, checks, cash

Hair Services:

Our stylists do everything they can to deliver the desired results. We offer a 10 day guarantee. You may request a redo or adjustment within a ten-day period of the last service. Any redo’s requested beyond 10 days will be treated as a new service.

Because of the nature of our services, we’re unable to offer refunds once work is completed — but please know we’re fully committed to making sure you’re happy with the results.
