Do you accept card payments?

Yes, our salon accepts any form of payment: cash, bank cards, and NFC

Is parking available at the salon?

We have a spacious parking lot adjacent to the salon, including handicapped parking

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-In appointments are available

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday and Monday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call for specific information on those dates. Our stylists’ s schedules may very so it is recommended to check for availability.

What is your pricing like?

Our services are listed under the pricing tab with starting prices. Starting price can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve your desired results in order to preserve the health of your hair

Can I bring a pet?

If your animal is not large, then please, we don’t mind

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with quality of the service I received?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your salon service, please inform the stylist, and we will make the necessary corrections at no extra charge immediately or arrange a convenient time and day for you.
If you are unhappy with the service quality after leaving the salon, please contact us at 757-874-1044. The guest may receive a redo within a ten-day period of the initial service. We will set up an appointment for you at a time and date that works for you and address any needed adjustments

Do you offer consultations?

Absolutely! We will do a consultation at no charge for any current or future guest. It is especially recommended to have a consultation prior to doing any major color change or color correction

What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand how valuable your time is and we make all attempts to accommodate guests schedules. We ask that you do the same for our stylists. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment to please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so our stylists can adjust their schedule
